Thank you for visiting our website. We look forward to serving you and your patients.
Our facility will be working with other professionals in the capacity of billing in 2 ways:
Bill directly to the Referring Doctor (net 30 days)
Or
Collect from the patients at the time of service (our medical insurance department will bill their insurance, we can not promise they will cover the scan fee, however we are happy to process their claim as a courtesy)
If the patient is going to assume financial responsibility for the scan, we would like the referring doctor’s office to inform the patient of all fees that will be involved in the scan. We would also greatly appreciate it if the referral slip is faxed in advance, to our office.
